On the first floor you will find 2 glamorous suites with full bathroom, one of which has access to a spacious terrace with relaxation chairs overlooking the swimming pool.
The villa allows you to comfortably accommodate up to 5 people, providing you with a private parking space.

At the Hotel, you can use the resort's swimming pools and relaxation areas free of charge, and you can also purchase directly at the hotel reception, for payment, all inclusive packages, bar services, restaurant, laundry, SPA and others.

Accommodation Rules:
- Check-in time from 16:00pm and check out until 11:00am; - A security deposit of €300 will be charged for damage coverage, or unanticipated consumption. The security deposit will be returned after check out and after inspection of the villa. The amount will be refunded up to 7 days after check out;
- No noise between 22:00 PM and 07:00 AM;
- It is not allowed to disturb or disrespect the neighbors;
- Parties or events are prohibited;
- Pets are not allowed;
- To check-in is mandatory, at least one guest is 25 years of age or older;
- It is not allowed to exceed the number of occupants allowed in the accommodation, even if they are visits. Visitors will not be able to access the hotel except through the purchase of All inclusive services and the authorization of the Hotel.
- Days before your arrival, you will be contacted via mobile phone to be arranged the time and place of check-in, and to know if you have any particular request to be arranged prior to your arrival;
- It is mandatory to comply with these and other accommodation rules, expressed in the Local Accommodation Book, as well as the rules of the Hotel.

Hotel Rules:

- Glass cups/bottles or other sharp objects are not allowed in the pool bar terrace area and throughout the swimming pool
- All hotel guests will have to wear a bracelet identifying the regime in which they are < br/> - The villas have a safe, with weekly rental (7 days) being €17.50 or daily €3.00. The Hotel is not responsible for any damages or thefts in the villa

- Cleaning is not daily. cleaning and replacement of clothes will be carried out in the middle of the week on stays of 7 nights and 3 times on stays of 14 nights. It should match the reception 24h00 in advance, on which day(s) you want the cleaning.

- The Hotel has a SPA. Check the times, services and prices in force during your stay.

- The Hotel has All-Inclusive:
- Price per adult 50 € per day
- Child from 3 to 11 years 50% discount
- All-inclusive packs are purchased directly at reception upon check-in
- It is not allowed to bring food or drinks out of the restaurant.
- All services that are not purchased at the reception will have to be paid directly at the place of consumption.
